Customer service is not up to the standard of other Royce Chocolate establishments. Male employee looked lackadaisical and answered questions or explained products with minimal effort. They don't even gift wrap your purchases! I purchase Royce Chocolates as client gifts and love their presentation. I was surprised they do not gift wrap anything here. They just throw all the chocolates and gift wrapping in the bag for you to do yourself. They didn't even want to give me the gift wrapping; I had to insist on it! When I asked if they had any other product options, they said they would have to get it from storage for me. Also, they gave me the display box of chocolates, which was a little odd. Disappointed.

A friend bought these chocolates for me and I have been hooked ever since. The best items are are the square boxes of truffles ($20+ for a 5x5in box). Super silky and smooth. You just need one or two pieces and you are satisfied. I was not too impressed with the chocolate bars that cost $10.

We’ve been craving for Royce after we tasted it. When my coworker told me they sell it in Dubai, my sister brought me some. Then we are happy to know they have it in a Japanese store in Torrance. Now, in arcadia. The salesperson is so nice and knowledgeable. All of it is mouth watering especially the Nama!

I was introduced to the extraordinary world of ROYCE' chocolates by my friends, and it has been an absolute game-changer for me when it comes to chocolate and sweetness. This is not your ordinary chocolate; it is something truly exceptional. The texture is unlike anything I've experienced before, and it has completely transformed my perception of chocolate and its indulgent qualities. One of the most remarkable aspects of ROYCE' chocolates is how they melt in your mouth, effortlessly spreading their luxurious flavors and creating an unforgettable taste experience. The sensation is divine, and the aftertaste lingers, leaving behind a blissful reminder of the indulgence you just enjoyed. During my recent visit to the ROYCE' chocolate store, I couldn't resist purchasing my all-time favorites, the milk chocolate liqueur-free and the milk chocolate with whiskey liqueur. These flavors never fail to impress with their smoothness and exquisite blend of chocolate and liqueur. Additionally, I decided to try two new flavors, matcha and dark chocolate, which further expanded my appreciation for the artistry and creativity behind ROYCE' chocolates. The little store itself is a haven for choc
